Objective

Bridge the base station and rover devices together with a library to send message packets back and forth.

Requirements

• Cross-platform: must compile and operate on Windows, Linux, and macOS
  • Add any dependencies to CMake
• Serialize and Deserialize messages for sending over the network. Consider using Google's Protocol Buffer
• Use Boost ASIO or standalone ASIO for networking
• Packing sending and receive shall use asynchronous functions
• Support sending multiple messages per UDP packet
• Timeline: Finished by November 15th
