We want to be able to snap widgets into a grid. This task should be done iteratively.

At first, we need to be able to:

Ask the grid to place a window. Only allow placing resizable windows. When a window is placed, it is resized to fit the grid pane.
It doesn't need to be fancy. Maybe on this iteration, the grid size is fixed and embedding can only be done in code.
We need these basic features to show off for filming

Eventually we need:

Dynamically resizing the grid. This may involve trees or recursion (since adding a window is dividing a pane into two)
Margins for rows/columns
Click-and-drag to resize rows and columns
Making the grid layout itself a window? Then it doesn't have to take up the whole screen

I am closing all issues related specifically to the 2022 Base Station due to our decision to reimplement using new GUI tools.
