How to display the video feed

After running the video computer, run the basestation and press C to open the feed window

Some shortcomings of this branch

Values for setting up the network receiver are done manually.
Had to do a workaround for the StreamReceiver callback to update frames in the feed window.
Window size values are hard-coded.

I'm starting to work on merging this now. I plan on addressing the shortcomings you mentioned before merging. I'll also fix the include paths and make sure everything is cross-platform

While the base station code in this PR is no longer needed, it seems there's some video streaming code involving multiplexing in here that should be ported to the new repository (#80). Not closing for now.
