Record statistics sent by the rover science subsystem as a .csv file. Statistics to be saved are:
Temperature (Celsius)
Methane Levels (ppm)
CO2 Concentration (ppm)
Humidity
pH
Use the saved data to create a plot in python using matplotlib. As a stretch goal, use gnuplot to generate and render the plot on the base station screen.
