User's Dashboard Bugs

Bugs:

• Even though the list of My Sponsored Entitlements is empty, it still shows the column headers in the view
• Even though the list of Identity Entitlements Sponsored by Me is empty, it still shows the column headers and the form itself.

Expected: If there is no entry for any of the items mentioned above, it should just show No Something and hide the table column headers
