[x] reorganize the project layout
[x] use template folder and Makefile to build the target theme folders for different platforms
[x] abstract the common components
[x] use base64 encoding for font-face to support obsidian custom font (see https://forum.obsidian.md/t/where-to-store-fonts-locally-and-use-them/61782)
