Schedule EM data acquisition #18

Just like we have scheduling for signal generation, it would be great to have data acquisition scheduling as well.

We have settings like these for the signal generator:

Since data acquisition have fewer parameters, the scheduling command could look something like this: "CH1,*/30m,@256kHz(42.5s)"
