BBD Body Monitor is a single channel data acquisition system (DAS) to provide a bio-potential reading in the 0.25Hz - 125kHz frequency range. The main focus of the prototype is to use machine learning to detect different physical and mental states.
It would be good to have the ability to compare two FFT datasets. The source of these dataset could be channels of data acquisition devices, like AD's CH1 and CH2 or datasets that were recorded earlier.
Real-time display of these differences would be ideal, but a post-processed, rendered MP4 file could work too.
