Windows R break action probably broken #7

It seems that the R break action on Windows is broken. However it could be also a firwall restriction of the windows exe which is called. More tests on a different system are needed.

The same function does not work on Mac, too. In a production environment it works on both systems.

Added an Update site for an update for MacOSX and Windows which fixes this regression and more.

Add the update sites below to the Update Manager (Help->Install New Software). Close the Update Manager and then check for Updates (Help->Check for Updates). Confirm all licenses and unavailable certificates during installation.

Fixed with an Update for MacOSX and Windows.
