New pipeline needed to annotate tools inside multitool containers

We have some multitools containers with the following name pattern:

mulled*

These are containers that contains multiple tools. The name of the tools inside the containers can be found here https://github.com/BioContainers/multi-package-containers.

We need a new pipeline that perform the following operations:

• [ ] Go to Github https://github.com/BioContainers/multi-package-containers/tree/master/combinations read all the files started with mulled prefrix.

• [ ] Check if the mulled package with that name exist into our mongoDB database.

• [ ] If the mulled package is there, annotated the tool and the version tool that is contains the following corrsponding tools in the mulled recipe for example:
