@Jiaxin2018 hey! We do try something very similar as you do here: https://github.com/bio-tools/content/

Do you think it's feasible to merge both efforts? We have already some bots to update our annotations automatically from different sources.

We are working to update the biocontainers tools metadata and then move into bio.tools as we agreed. 😉
