Tools with no publication (doi) #66

@Jiaxin2018 we need to annotate and find all the tools in this list https://github.com/BioContainers/tools-metadata/blob/master/scripts/missing_dois.csv and add to the corresponding doi of the publication if exist.

ok, i will try to compile a Python script to crawl them from their home_url and Anaconda.
