Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now, the only available data for AEs is their label. Can the IRI be retrieved too?

Describe the solution you'd like Add an extra field to the AEs dictionary with the MedDRA IRI (e.g., https://identifiers.org/meddra:10002198 for Anaphylactic reaction)
