Andrew Winter says he is going to try to put this feature into REST.

This will allow the results to be consistent with the low and high throughput filters on the Biogrid pages.

Andrew W. mentioned that what the REST service returns for HTP and LTP isn't necessarily consistent with what's shown on the Biogrid website. REST returns those that are labeled HTP/LTP/Both. The website does this if the throughput tags have been curated, but otherwise labels any papers with more than 100 interactions of the same experiment type as being HTP (# interactions/paper). This probably needs to be resolved before adding the HTP/LTP filter to the SVG network so this should probably be moved to the release 2 milestone.
