Hello, why did the installation of astool fail? I have used cp -r /data/hongde/new data project/microbiome paper/astool software/astool-main/astool /home/hongde/.conda/envs/astool/lib/python3.8/site-packages/ Move astool to conda environment home/hongde/.conda/envs/astool/lib/python3.8/site-packages/but still run the script in the script to report No module named 'astool'.

Hello. I'm sorry for replying to you so late. First, I think your approach is correct. Next, you can use which python to check if the Python you are using is the one in your current environment. Additionally, I can’t think of any other possible reasons at the moment. The “No module” error is quite straightforward, and I believe it can be resolved with a thorough check.
