Switch to use linear instead of AC-Vector #4

AC-Vector is no longer supported. Switch to use linear. Update Octree version to 0.6.0.0

Also added stack.yaml.

Sorry to merge it late. I guess that means we abandon 7.6.3, and 7.8.3 support?
