PHP Notices in Sample Harvester code - remarks, temperature, verbatim depth #128

When harvesting samples from a manifest, PHP notices are being displayed which clutter the page and make it difficult to know where in the manifest things are and make it difficult to see any other important errors that might come up.

Ultimately this is likely more of a nuisance than a real problem, but might be easy to fix.

PHP is giving notices for 'remarks' ' temperature' and 'verbatim depth' which seem to not quite be defined in the harvesting code perhaps?

Issue should now be resolved based on June 28th commit: https://github.com/BioKIC/NEON-Biorepository/commit/46434924bd005e17102e140aaa20df0fbc2eca99
