Many NEON loans involve multiple collections (e.g. archive pooling and trap sorting carabid samples). This inhibits the ability manage loans in the portal.
Describe the solution you'd like
A button that could duplicate the loan for use in another collection. In combination with a solution to issue BioKIC/NEON-Biorepository#178, NEON loans will reasonably be able to be tracked in the portal.
