Protected taxon display name fuzzing #27

For occurrence that have been tagged as needing taxon level fuzzing protections, the displayed text of "identification protected" needs to be replaced with taxon order of the specimen identification. The "identification protected" text simply highlights the specimens as a rare/protected specimen.

Given Ed's recent updates and further investigation, I believe the only lingering issues here are related to data quality rather than code. It was coming up when there were somehow seperate determinations for the protected and fuzzed taxa causing mismatch between the occurrences and determination table.

I did some cleaning and resolved many of the records, others would be fixable via reharvest if the sample identifier data in the NEON API were correct.
