Added sessioning table #575

I pulled the session data into it's own table vs having it stored in NeonSamples.

I've also added SQL statements to a schema update. Note: You'll have to add the new table that is created in the schema to your localhost.

Ah yeah you're right.

I changed the ID name to match NeonSamples and must have missed updating it in some of the code.
