As of today's updates to the IGSN module, I am no longer able to mint/harvest IGSNs. I harvested nearly a thousand this morning so my credentials should still be good.
I believe this has to do with updates to the SESAR API made today.
IGSN verification similarly fails. This seems to have to do with server-side certificates.
