Harvesting error with $url associated with erasing Occurrence Harvester error messaages #97

Based on the harvester issues being reported by Azhar recently eg. BioKIC/NEON-Biorepository#126 , I'm seeing that we are now often seeing harvester issues that look like the below. Attempting to reharvest samples with previous error message "Occurrence Harvesting Error: NEON API failed searching by sampleID and sampleClass" gives the new $url type error, erases the previous error message, and puts nothing in its place.

Select one sample with previous harvesting error:

Attempt to harvest sample and receive following error message:

See that now same sample has NO harvesting error message:
