[Bug]: Symbiota-to-Symbiota portal data import not overwriting existing multimedia #1050

What happened?

Noticed by @ljwalker and @GregPost-ASU:

Some image thumbnails associated with the ASU-PBC snapshot in Pteridoportal were broken. After some investigation, we concluded that the best solution was to clear out all existing URL values from images in Pteridoportal (where collid = 55) and repeat the data transfer from the canonical dataset in the Paleobotany portal. Doing so corrected the issue with the broken thumbnails and their missing images.

Based on this work, we conclude that Symbiota-to-Symbiota data imports may not overwrite existing links to images in the destination portal. @egbot is this a bug, or by design?

I think we will need to meet to talk about this. I'm not sure I fully understand the workflow that went on here.
