First info button on batch OCR page does not open in CCH2, also, to close info box, "Close" text is visible over X

First info button on batch OCR page does not open in CCH2, also, to close info box, "Close" text is visible over X #124

In the place to upload batch OCR files, the first info icon does not open any help text.

Also, for the second two help texts, the word "Close" appears over the X to close the window.

@MuchQuak , I can't figure out why this is happening. We have been using jQuery for popup dialogs on a number of pages. Very happy to switch over to another option if you have a better suggestion. Let me know what you think.
