[3.1] Make fonts bigger in leaflet maps #1406

On the terrain leaflet map, all the location labels are tiny. It stays the same ratio when you zoom in.

There is no direct fix for this as the text is embedded and if we want to have better resolution we need to host our own layers. The free google layers are 256x256 as are most freely accessible tiles and most if not all 512x512 tiles as they are apart of a paid service. Not sure how we would go fixing this issue other than hosting our own in Symbiota or having a tile server for all Symbiota portals that we manage.
