On the main homepage (https://serv.biokic.asu.edu/usda/portal/) can you adjust the header from "Agricultural Research Service Biocollections" to read "Biocollections of the USDA Agricultural Research Service". Do you think it would look good split up onto two lines, having "USDA Agricultural Research Service" on line two?
Note that on this branch, header.php is not gitignored, so work can be committed right into that file.
Also, don't forget to change $CSS_VERSION_RELEASE = 'v202209'; to $CSS_VERSION_RELEASE = 'uswds'; in symbini.php
