[audio] Ensure non-image multimedia can be loaded in using existing image processing tools #1693

Generalize existing image processing tools to work with media table and with audio / images

I doubled check this and it does work in the currently system but only for systems where their is public access to the audio file in question. I checked this by linking to a test portal from my local device.
