Requested by Matt Chansler (MSC), also needed at some point by Blanka Aguero (DUKE) and the UC Davis herbarium, in the past.

This would be so great! I'm curious if anyone has advice for formatting spreadsheets in anticipation of this feature?

Symbiota generally aligns closely with the Darwin Core, so I'm betting you could include any of the fields in the Identification class of Darwin Core in your spreadsheets: https://dwc.tdwg.org/terms/#identification
