[Bug]: Sample portal redirects to user sign-on form when trying to open Data Editor #571

What happened?

  1. Open the Data Editor/Admin Control Panel: https://sample.symbiota.org/collections/misc/collprofiles.php?collid=5
  2. Select "Edit Existing Occurrence Records"
  3. You will be redirected to: https://sample.symbiota.org/profile/index.php?refurl=../collections/editor/occurrencetabledisplay.php?displayquery=1&collid=5
