allow OTU as a taxonomic level #143

Although OTU is not a taxonomic level, it would be really nice to retain the OTU-level classifications through processing, and it makes sense to carry it parallel with the taxa tables. Some other stats are done on OTU level, and this would make it easier to compare results from biolockj to those generated outside of biolockj.

Dr Fodor likes this idea. We had some discussion about the term to use. otu would be ideal... but its kind of a charged term right now. Whatever term we use, needs to be short and all lower-case.

Some options: classificationunit rawunit llu "lowest level unit" llcu "lowest level classification unit" cu "classification unit" ocu "original classification unit"

We can revisit this later.
