set default value for metaphlan2 pkl file path #248

metaphlan2.db=/apps/pkg/metaphlan/2.7.7/rhel7_u5/gnu/bin/databases/ metaphlan2.mpa_pkl=/apps/pkg/metaphlan/2.7.7/rhel7_u5/gnu/bin/databases/mpa_v20_m200.pkl

The pkl file is in the database folder. BioLockJ should be able to figure this out without the user specifying it.

This file might be generated the first time you run metaphlan so it may not need to be specified at all.
