In class: ../src/biolockj/launch/JavaLaunchProcess.java

When it defines the BLJ_JAR_FILE, it should be the same jar file that is currently running. It should use that information directly rather than getting BLJ_DIR and then assuming the path BLJ_DIR/dist/BioLockJ.jar
