Missing documentation #2

Hi, thanks for sharing this interesting work!

I noticed that the README file seems incomplete, i.e., the torchvision version is missing and sections like "Data Preparation" are empty. Can we expect some update of the documentation?

Hi Jakub,

Thank you for your interest in this project! Yeah, I do plan to update the documentation, hopefully before this year's MICCAI (so before early October this year). I have been busy recently, but I will do my best to write detailed documentation as soon as possible.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any issues running my code in the future!
