Thanks to @laekov for the main changes (the parallel algorithm for haplotype_network.py and its C++ implementation). Thanks to @Enter-tainer and @Harry-Chen for their valuable input and testing

I have heard from Dr. Ling Yunchao (@genesisprophet) that you have improved VENAS implementation with OpenMP and pypy.

I will review the code with our group leader after he come back( I guess he is on the way).
