Creating a released version at GitHub page may more useful for public
versioneer.py is doesn't have a straight use option. It may require a bit more detailed adjustments

Semantic versioning will be use via adding tags to Github repository
Details of semantic versioning can be achievable via https://semver.org/
Versioning will be done manually via web browser since creating automatic versioning would not be a better trade-off for the time
