Pipeline fix

• Dependencies added into installation requirements
• Memsurfer is removed
• Local area normal calculation is commented out. Stable Python library will be found or a new function to be implemented in future for calculation
• Pipeline configuration is changed limited running for development purpose
• Analysis unit tests are commented out and will be redeveloped in future
• Pipelines are working except latest version ones which is expected since there isn't any configuration for that
• DomHMM regular implementation will be next step after merge
