Added wrapping functionalities for easy loading and plotting biomass input L1c data, intermediate data and L2 products data.

BiomassL1cRaster, BiomassL2Raster wrapping classes
New module /biopal/utility/plot.py ( containing optional pre-built methods for easy plotting )
Notebook updated accordingly.

Some "black" formatting in the meantime too.
