Consultation about Mixer cost #131

Hello, could I consult you why does the Mixer in BioSTEAM have no cost? The Mixer in NREL's corn stover model has cost (see picture below). That is, excel file in DW1910A in https://www.nrel.gov/extranet/biorefinery/aspen-models/. It looks like there should be cost for the Mixer unit. 1

@zasddsgg, the mixer in biosteam assumes it is just two pipes merging (which is mostly the case). The mixers in the cornstover biorefinery follow NREL's mixer costs. I am open to introducing optional costs to mixers (like a list of mixer designs you can choose from with optional design specifications). Such costs can come from a design textbook (but I do not know of any with mixer costs), if you would like to make a contribution.
