inconsistent pretreatment reactions #28

Hi @yoelcortes. In the cornstover biorefinery module, conversion of xylan, arabinan, and galactan in pretreatment reactions are different from the ones in Humbird. The values in BioSTEAM are 0.24%, 0.24%, and 0.30% (respectively) vs 2.4% for all three in Humbird.
