The wwt module contains scripts to add the new wastewater treatment process to corn, cornstover, lactic, and oilcane (1/2G sugarcane/oilcane, but no oil-sorghum integration) biorefineries. I plan to add HP when it's merged into the master branch.
The systems are done, though I plan to better modularize it, and I'm still working on adding the models, but since I reworked the lactic module so that it's loaded in the same way as other biorefineries (README updated), I think it's beneficial to merge it in now.
