Biorefinery information is hardcoded in. Very bad for scalability and a real pain to make changes.

Iteration 1 complete with commit f1cfed978af819ef870248d8337c31726d95cfa5 decoupling mostly SimulateUncertainty. SimulateSingle still does not work.
