@jiananf2 collected newer CEPCI data for his work and I thought it'd be best to update on the biosteam side, the data is from https://www.toweringskills.com/financial-analysis/cost-indices/
But while updating it I found that the previous CEPCI for 2015 and 2016 seems to be off (the old number seems to be for year 2016 and 2017). Not sure it was caused by a typo, thanks!
