This pull request mainly introduces a new stirred tank reactor for aerobic fermentation. Additionally, there are many bug fixes related special cases when working with auxiliary units and heat exchangers. There are a few other unrelated minor enhancements in the representation of units with auxiliaries and elsewhere. I am bypassing the review on github since this pull was previously discussed with reviewers.
