Review accuracy and order of pure component property models #2

The order selection of pure component property models follows thermo's implementation, but it would be nice to review the accuracy of the models and select an appropriate order.

Accurate with common chemicals such as Water, Ethanol, and Glycerol. The models are prioritized according to literature notes and how recent the models were (in addition to comparing with steam tables and online data). Interpolated models from data are the most prioritized.
