Produce document to explain profile’s application to biobanks use cases #171

Action item from Linking biobanks with public data using Bioschemas meeting.

During this meeting we decided how biobank entities should be mapped to schema.org/bioschemas entities. These kind of mapping and decisions include information such as why the biobank has been split into Organization and DataCatalog.

A guide document should be produced for this

Do you mean that a tutorial should be written for how to mark up a BioBank?

The idea was for a document/guide explaining the reasons and the reasoning behind the proposed mapping for Organisation and DataCatalog for the BioBanks use-case.

Probably @holubp could provide more details on the task since he proposed the mapping in the first place explaining all the potential issues from the BioBanks/BBMRI-ERIC perspective
