Missing use cases for ChemicalSubstance #257

ChemicalSubstance does not have any use cases defined.

We still don't have anything for this, but could it be something along the lines of

To support the discovery of chemical substances based on their names, chemical composition, constituent parts, known chemical roles, potential use in humans, and known diseases for which they can be applied.

To support the discovery of molecular entities based on their names, and standard chemical properties such as their molecular formula, structural representation (InChI and SMILES), molecular weight, etc

@egonw @ricardoaat would the proposed text above make sense for ChemicalSubstance use case?
