I am currently using the iMAT of troppo to build a tissue-specific GEM, but I am not clear on how to obtain the reaction scores from gene expression value as the input of iMAT, like the 'grade2_calls.csv'. I am wondering if you can provide me with some detailed scripts about such procedures
