I am using your library, Troppo, in my work. When I used GIMME, I saw this warning three times: Could not set parameters with this solver.
Also, I found that there are some problems in the algorithm, I can't see the effect of obj_frac, and increasing the flux_threshold causes the model_GIMME_final.optimize() to become zero.
