remove unused and untested 'site vitrine' links, both from 'my biobank' menu and in biobanks gridView (site/biobanks action, main menu)

I think this feature need to be upgraded, but not disabled. Biobanks are interested on this extra-feature if they hadn't yet a dedicated website.
