Portal2D: implemented floor rendering, added height levels and more! #11

Well, quite a bit, actually:

Camera collision works flawlessly now (and moving through portals will be, soon).
Floors now are rendered, though with some not-so-fancy textures (will probably replace them with flat colors).
Both walls and the camera now have a Z (height) component that lets them move in such an axis too.

To-do's:

Everything unfinished from the aforementioned additions.
Change texture mappings to a perspective-correct mode.

Worked on it for 2 hours (19:40 to 21:40, on GMT+1), to compensate for yesterday.
